چکیده
BACKGROUND: Immediate implant placement to the fresh socket of extracted tooth, with immediate loading, is well documented. Dental roots in proximity vestibular plate require thorough attention from clinicians. Implants placed close often lead its resorption and gingival recession. Therefore, dental surgeons place implants 23 mm away plate. In turn, prosthodontists plan so that screw channel not on surface, which most significant aesthetic area. However, this always possible, there a conflict between proper primary stability simultaneous loading screw-retained crown.
AIM: To conduct radiological assessment ideal for MATERIALS AND METHODS: A total 120 cone-beam computed tomography (CBCT; 3 groups 40 people different root positions) were analyzed. each group, possibility extracting tooth 1.1 inserting an was evaluated compliance protocol implantation have shaft artificial crown palatal surface.
RESULTS: Group C defined as favorable crown. The least group N. total, 40% cases located palatally, 26.6% incisal edge, 33.3% CONCLUSIONS: Careful analysis CBCT when planning implant-supported restoration area integral part treatment. team approach required planning. larger percentage cases, prosthetics maxillary central incisors involve use alternative solutions crowns.

Introduction: Incisive foramen in the maxilla is the oral terminus of the nasopalatine canal. This region is important in implantology, Therefore, the aim of this study was to investigate the neurovascular anatomical variations in the maxillary anterior region, observed on cone beam computed tomography (CBCT) images. Materials &Methods: In this cross-sectional study, maxillary CBCT ima...

OBJECTIVE To assess the labial and lingual alveolar bone thickness in adults with maxillary central incisors of different inclination by cone-beam computed tomography (CBCT). METHODS Ninety maxillary central incisors from 45 patients were divided into three groups based on the maxillary central incisors to palatal plane angle; lingual-inclined, normal, and labial-inclined. Reformatted CBCT im...
متن کاملCone-beam computed tomography evaluation of maxillary sinusitis.
INTRODUCTION Dental pain originating from the maxillary sinuses can pose a diagnostic problem. Periapical lesion development eliciting inflammatory changes in the mucosal lining can cause the development of a sinusitis. The purpose of this study was to describe the radiographic characteristics of odontogenic maxillary sinusitis as seen on cone-beam computed tomography (CBCT) scans and to determ...
